Scholarship

The Scholarship service has the main goal of managing the House Scholarship and its members, called Scholars. The service plays a key role in the management and organization of the House Scholarship and its members

The tasks of the service are:

  • Tracking: The Scholarship service is responsible for rigorously tracking the members (called Scholars) of the Scholarship's House, to ensure that they are able to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

  • Sanction: The Scholarship service is responsible for sanctioning members for any failures to fulfill their obligations, in order to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the House Scholarship.

  • Reward: The Scholarship service is responsible for rewarding members when they deserve it, for example by granting them bonuses or additional benefits.

  • Close contact: The Scholarship service is responsible for maintaining close contact with project managers working on projects together, to ensure that the members of the House Scholarship are able to fulfill their responsibilities effectively and coordinate their work with other members of the organization.

  • Scholar recruitment: The Scholarship service is responsible for managing the process of recruiting Scholars, ensuring that they meet the selection criteria and are able to fulfill the responsibilities.
