The Watcher is a person dedicated to the monitoring of ongoing and upcoming projects. Their main role is to track the milestones of projects and keep a precise schedule of the different stages planned and achieved, or not, by the projects as well as providing regular updates. It is also the Watchers who are responsible for digging deeper into the projects and determining their potential.
Watchers must have a thorough knowledge of and ongoing and upcoming projects, as well as good communication skills and technical knowledge.
It is the Watchers who are called upon by the in the event of interest in a project to be pursued. They work in collaboration with the Champions, Stategists and Operators in their to ensure thorough follow-up and as precise a search as possible on the projects being followed.
Watcher tasks:
Monitor ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure they are in line with PiNGs' objectives
Provide regular updates on the progress of projects and challenges encountered
Identify potential investment opportunities and inform the Council, the coordinator and the Strategists
Work with Champions, Strategists and Operators to develop asset management strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
