Onboarding

The onboarding service is primarily responsible for handling the preliminary part of the recruitment process and guiding new members in their integration into the community. It may be responsible for sorting through applications, conducting job interviews, maintaining a shared database, supporting new members in their first steps, and creating a member's profile.

The service is responsible for:

  • Recruitment: The onboarding service is responsible for the preliminary part of the recruitment process, by formulating, writing, checking, and validating the missions offered to applicants. It is also responsible for sorting and conducting job interviews.

  • Adapting the recruitment strategy and approach: The onboarding service must ensure that the recruitment strategy and approach are in line with the overall philosophy of the DAO.

  • First contact with future members: The onboarding service is the first point of contact for future members of the community and must be able to answer their questions and guide them through the application process.

  • Managing a shared database: The onboarding service may be responsible for maintaining a shared database with the rest of the department, which tracks all activities and applications.

  • Creating the member's profile: The onboarding service may be responsible for creating the new member's profile, which includes information about their skills, passions, interests, etc
