Contribution

The Lifecycle service also ensures the smooth running of the DAO in terms of creating value and managing the compensation and work hours of contributing members. It may also be responsible for managing employment contracts and communicating with contributing members.

Its tasks include:

• Talent positioning: the Contribution service is responsible for finding the necessary talent to meet the DAO's requests for value creation, such as developing tools, tests, surveys, development, or solutions.

• Remuneration management: the Contribution service is responsible for managing the remuneration of contributor members, ensuring that salaries are paid regularly and accurately. It may also be responsible for determining the most appropriate payment currency (FIAT, stablecoin, NFT, crypto) for each contributor member.

• Work hours management: the Contribution service is responsible for tracking the work hours of contributor members and ensuring they are remunerated accordingly.

• Communication with contributor members: the Contribution service is responsible for communicating with contributor members to answer their questions and provide them with all necessary information regarding their remuneration, work hours, etc.
