# Organisation

The PiNGs community consists of 3 distinct roles:

* **Prospect**: This is the first step before joining the PiNGs community. Each candidate wishing to join PiNGs must go through this step and wait for verification from our services. The Prospect has limited access to the quest platform and exclusive community content.
* **PiNGs**: The Prospect becomes a **PiNGs** and can then have full access to the quest platform and the bridge with Seerius (refer to "[I want to become a member](https://pings.gitbook.io/pings-litepaper-eng/pings/onboarding/i-want-to-become-a-member)").
* **Builder**: The [**Builders**](https://pings.gitbook.io/pings-litepaper-eng/pings/organisation/builder-pool) are PiNGs members who have proven their expertise within the [DAO](https://pings.gitbook.io/pings-litepaper-eng/glossary). They are selected and form the Builder pool.

Prospects and PiNGs are not limited in number, while Builders are limited **to 30 people at the moment**. This number **evolves** according to the needs of the DAO and the projects dealt with by the community.

Joining the Builder Pool **does not guarantee this role indefinitely**. Members of the Builder Pool must prove their expertise and are the most active and contributing members in their respective fields. If a **PiNGs member is more deserving** than a builder, they will **take their place**.
