Coordinator

The Coordinator is the project reference for the vertical in question. They are the most involved initiators of the project and coordinate the activities of all members of the Vertical.

Depending on the needs of the vertical, the Coordinator may be designated from within the members of the vertical (Watcher, Champion, Strategist, or Operator) or be a detached person whose sole task is to coordinate the activities of the vertical and ensure its smooth operation.

They organize their vertical and ensure communication within their vertical and inter-departmentally. They set up a task tracking and asset management system to allow each department to track the progress of their tasks and communicate with other departments effectively.

They hold regular or occasional meetings and provide the necessary tools for all members of their vertical.

They maintain an overview at all times of the progress of their vertical and reorient it as needed.
