Lifecycle

The Lifecycle service aims to support members of the community in their daily lives and help them find answers to their questions and meet their social needs. It may also be responsible for managing member absences and leave, handling complaints and claims, and disseminating internal information and news within the organization.

They are responsible for:

  • Updating: the Lifecycle service is responsible for updating the files of each member of the organization, including information such as contact details, skills, responsibilities, etc.

  • Member guidance: the Lifecycle service is responsible for helping members of the organization find answers to their questions and meet their social needs.

  • Supporting new members in their first moments: the Lifecycle service must guide new members in their first moments in the community and ensure they have all the tools and resources they need to integrate and do their work effectively.

  • Managing absences and leave: the Lifecycle service is responsible for managing the absences and leave of members of the organization, ensuring that requests are recorded and dealt with appropriately.

  • Handling complaints and claims: the Lifecycle service is responsible for handling complaints and claims from members of the organization, ensuring that they are treated fairly and finding satisfactory solutions for the parties involved.

  • Internal communication: the standard follow-up service may be responsible for disseminating internal information and news within the organization, using tools such as Discord or a newsletter.
