# The community of purpose

The evolution of the community, the **community³**

When an interest community **evolves** into a **Community of Purpose**, it becomes a single body composed of multiple elements going through the same process or journey to achieve a **similar goal**.

To have an **impact**, communities need the right scale (number of participants), the right level of engagement (participation and involvement), and a collective capacity in relation to the declared purpose of the community.

By imagining a **meta-system**, an infrastructure composed of systems organized into communities, we want to shift creation to intersections and enable different communities to generate value. **Adaptive**, they are capable of delivering **unexpected and unpredictable results**.

The acquisition and transformation of these communities are part of a specific plan that will be revealed as the project develops.

Developing our community **organically** with **active and motivated contributors** is a **priority**. Both demanding and open-minded, the values of its members must also reflect our vision.
